So... how hard is it to get in there? Is it super busy all the time? When we were at Madame K's, almost everybody was saying they had the best mac&cheese around. Hell, I think even the waitress said something like, "You are the mac & cheese connoisseurs of Seattle. I heard that Kingfish had the best." I MUST try it!

I went there with ol' FP a month or so ago. The Mac was pretty damned good, the double-baked method I do believe. Not the extra-cheezy version that comes in a bown, but a square of baked mac on a plate.
I dig that kind more actually. -

far-away eyes is playing on the juke right now. how can one not love that song? even though mr. jagger just pretty much talks through the whole fuckin song. it's a great one. only the chorus is sung i think. that's like a great mac.
small and simple until it hits the palate when the chorus erupts in a chorus of angels.
